PURPOSE: Use the Work and Work Environment Rating to determine how the work and work environment are impacting your team members’ ability to perform at their highest level.

Time: 15 Minutes 

STEP 1: Print the Work and Work Environment Rating Worksheet for your team member.


STEP 2: Ask your team member to review each of the variables and determine the impact it has on his or her ability to perform at the highest level. 

Your team member should rate the impact based on the following scale.

STEP 3: With your team member, review the completed Work and Work Environment Rating Worksheet and determine what actions you can work on together to:

  1. Continue what is positively impacting the team member’s work and work environment
  2. Reduce or eliminate the variables negatively impacting the team member’s work and work environment
