Time: 30 Minutes
STEP 1: Identify your current commitments to individuals and groups on the Current Commitments chart.
STEP 2: For each individual or group, rank your commitments from LEAST DESIRABLE (#1) to MOST DESIRABLE (#4).
LEAST DESIRABLE = An action or commitment you like the LEAST or don’t want to do
MOST DESIRABLE = An action or commitment you like the MOST and look forward to doing
STEP 3: Record your “ranked” commitments on the Current Commitments chart based on their desirability. Be sure to make your least desired commitment #1.
STEP 4: Each time you complete a commitment, cross it off on the chart.
Note: Completing your commitments from “least desirable” to “most desirable” helps avoid procrastination, while rewarding you for completing a commitment. Each time you finish a commitment you will be moving to one you like better!
