Time: 20 Minutes 

STEP 1: In a team meeting, give each team member the If We Didn’t Have You Worksheet.

STEP 2: Share the following process with your team:

• Record the names of each team member on the “If We Didn’t Have You” Worksheet
• For each team member identify one way they play an important role in contributing to the organization’s mission and strategy

STEP 3: The team should spend 5 minutes on each team member, sharing how that individual contributes to the organization’s mission and strategy. 

Continue recognizing each team member until every person has received recognition from the team.
