PURPOSE: Tell a co-worker what he or she does to positively impact their co-workers, the team, and the organization.

Time: 30 Minute

STEP 1: Think about a co-worker and identify the following:

  1. What actions does the co-worker take to support, encourage, and/or coach other team members?
  2. How have the co-worker’s recent deliverables and achievements impacted the team’s ability to achieve a high level of performance?
  3. What does the co-worker do that positively impacts the organization’s reputation, products, or services?


STEP 2: Meet with the co-worker and perform the following:

  • Describe how the co-worker’s actions impact their co-workers
  • Share how the co-worker’s achievements impact the team’s performance
  • Explain how the co-worker has made a positive impact on the organization
