PURPOSE: Each quarter, meet with your team to review the results the team delivered in the last three months, highlighting how the work supported the organization’s mission and purpose.

Time: < 2 Hours

STEP 1: Schedule a “Quarterly Mission Review” with your team.


STEP 2: Use the following process with your team in the “Quarterly Mission Review”:

  1. Review the organization’s mission and purpose
  2. Summarize the results achieved by the team in the last quarter
  3. For each deliverable, discuss how the deliverable supports the organization’s mission and purpose


STEP 3: Determine the actions the team must take to continue and/or increase how it supports the organization’s mission and purpose.
