Time: 30 Minutes - 1 Hour
STEP 1: Review the Manager Accountabilities Worksheet and select one or two accountabilities you would like to discuss with your team.
STEP 2: In a team meeting or on a team call share the selected manager accountabilities and how you plan to meet each accountability for the team and individual team members.
STEP 3: Provide the opportunities for team members to ask questions and receive clarification.
STEP 4: During future team meetings and calls, touch base with your team and share what actions you’ve implemented to meet the accountability. Ask for feedback on your actions and identify any new actions you must take to increase your performance on the selected manager accountabilities.
