STEP 1: Record the names of your team members on the Team Member Grid.
STEP 2: Over the next quarter, facilitate discussions with your team members in order to learn the following about your team members:
- Family members’ names
- Pets
- Hobbies
- Favorite vacation locations
- Favorite type of activity to do with family or friends
- A personal struggle they have experienced in the last year
Note: If you already know some of the team member information, record it on the Team Member Grid, and determine what you still need to learn about each team member.
STEP 3: Each time you learn something new about a team member, record the information on the Team Member Grid.
See if you can fill in every category for each team member within 60 to 90 days.
