STEP 1: Schedule a Progress Review with each team member.
STEP 2: Following the steps and instructions in the Progress Review Guide, you and your team member prepare for the Progress Review.
STEP 3: Meet with your team member to perform the Progress Review steps outlined in the Progress Review Guide.
Note: It is critical you conduct at least one Progress Review with each team member every year; however, a quarterly Progress Review can help create even greater individual and team results.
