STEP 1: Identify a team member who experienced a personal event in the last 60 days.
Record the event on the Caring Profile.
Personal Event
A personal event may be a situation presenting a challenge for the team member, a personal struggle, or an extremely emotional situation for the team member.
STEP 2: Review the Caring Profile Actions. Based on your own perception, determine what level of “caring” you offered the team member for each Caring Profile Action.
STEP 3: Based on your responses, identify two actions you will take in the future to increase the level of caring you show your team members.
