Time: 30 Minutes
STEP 1: Each Friday, identify and record the interactions you’ve had with your team members over the last week on the Supporting Actions Scorecard Worksheet.
STEP 2: For each interaction, mark the support actions you performed, and record who received the support.
STEP 3: Review the scorecard and answer the following questions:
- Are you balancing your support across team members?
- Are you relying on a few ways to support them?
- As you look back at your actions, are you really showing support for your employees?
STEP 4: Identify what actions you must take in order to increase the level of support you give to your team members.
