Reconnect 

PURPOSE: Show how you are currently creating an impact within the organization AND how you can continue to create a positive impact.

Time: 30 Minutes 

STEP 1: Using the Reconnect Worksheet, identify 3 things you have done RECENTLY or in the PAST that have made a real impact with customers, the team, or the organization.

STEP 2: Now focus on the future. Identify 3 actions you can do going forward that would make a real difference with customers, the team, or the organization.

STEP 3: Meet with your manager or a mentor to discuss your RECENT or PAST accomplishments, as well as what you can do in the FUTURE to make an impact.

Be sure to discuss the following:

  1. WHAT you did and WHY an impact was created
  2. WHAT actions you can take in the future, and HOW they will create an impact

STEP 4: Reconnect with your manager or mentor after you implement the future actions and determine if the desired impact was achieved.
