STEP 2: For each listening action, think about the last 3 times you listened to a team member, peer, or friend, and determine which rating best describes your past actions and behaviors. Record your score.
STEP 3: Total your listening action scores, and review your rating.
STEP 4: Based on your rating, identify what actions you can take to in order improve your listening skills.
