PURPOSE: Instead of worrying about your physical or mental health, see a doctor to get the information you need to protect your health and alleviate fear. Schedule an appointment today and get answers to determine your next steps.

Time: < 30 Minutes 

STEP 1: Call your primary doctor or, if you don’t have one, ask friends/co-workers for a recommendation and see if they are in your insurance network.

STEP 2: Schedule an appointment for an annual physical. Since they will be doing blood work, confirm if you need to fast the night before, or if there are any other to-dos beforehand.

STEP 3: Talk to your doctor about any concerns, anything that seems “off” and ask about any age-related tests that you should consider. Prepare a list of concerns or questions you have before your appointment so you can ensure that everything gets addressed.

STEP 4: Once you receive test results, if there are some areas of opportunity, listen to your doctor about suggested life adjustments or medications. If you choose, talk with a Nutritionist or Holistic Health Practitioner to discuss natural therapies or foods/supplements that may be helpful.
