Time: 30 Minutes
STEP 1: Think about your previous work or personal situations. Identify three situations that were stressful, frustrating, and/or created an irrational response on your part. Record the events on the Lessons Learned worksheet.
STEP 2: For each event, identify and record the actions you took to handle the situation.
STEP 3: Identify the impact your actions created for yourself and others, and outline what you could have done differently to handle the situation better.
STEP 4: Determine what outcome would have occurred if the new actions you have identified had been used in the situation.
STEP 5: Based on your Lessons Learned, identify the actions you want to take in the future in order to ensure you improve your ability to handle stressful and difficult situations.
