STEP 1: We have a lot that needs to be done for work, home, family, our futures, and for our lives. It’s hard to get it all done. Making a list the evening before will give you a great advantage. Start with the urgent – what has to be done tomorrow – and put it on your calendar or set a reminder to complete it. Consider prioritizing by “A’s” (urgent priorities), “’B’s” (need to do today, or at least this week) and “C”s (nice to have, but can wait).
STEP 2: Put all of your “A’s” on your calendar and set aside time to complete them. Some things in your daily life may need to be put on hold. Although some things are a habit, they may need to be put on hold to let the urgent things get done.
STEP 3: Once completed, cross it off. It will provide you with a great sense of accomplishment.
