STEP 1: Schedule a time to discuss how the team can leverage their strengths to support the team’s goals and deliverables.
STEP 2: As a team, discuss and identify the following:
- The team’s and individual employees’ personal strengths
- For each strength, identify how the strength impacts the team’s performance
- Based on current team and individual deliverables, determine how the team can leverage these strengths to help drive organization performance
STEP 3: Using the information gathered above to identify the actions the team must take to leverage these strengths.
