Time: 2 Hours
STEP 1: Identify the different benefits changes that may have occurred. For each benefit change, outline the following:
- Positive impact for team members
- Simple steps to get the most value from the benefits package.
STEP 2: Facilitate a team meeting and perform the following:
- Discuss each of the recent benefit changes
- Outline the positive and negative impact for team members
- Determine if team members need additional information regarding a benefit change
- Refer team members to speak to the HR Representative.
- Follow up with the team to make sure additional information was provided. If necessary, contact the HR Representative with the team member.
Note: Contact your HR Representative before the team meeting to ensure you can clearly and accurately describe the recent benefit changes and how they impact team members.
