STEP 1: Contact your HR Representative to discuss how you can further educate your team on the employee benefits available.
Explain that you would like an internal “expert” to attend an upcoming team meeting to share more information on one or more of the following:
- The most popular employee benefit plan
- An under-utilized employee benefit
- A complex or commonly misunderstood employee benefit
- A valuable (in terms of monetary value to the employee and plan participants) employee benefit plan
STEP 2: Ask your HR Representative to select one or more of the areas and discuss the item briefly to ensure the discussion will be valuable to the team.
STEP 3: Schedule a time for the HR Representative to attend a brief staff meeting and share information on the selected benefit(s).
