Time: < 30 Minutes
STEP 1: Print the Feedback Cards for each team member. Cut out the cards, and give all four cards to each team member.
STEP 2: Ask your team members to pay attention to your feedback actions, and return each card once they experience you performing the feedback action on the card.
STEP 3: When you receive a card from a team member, check-off the card in the team member’s column on the Feedback Action Chart, recording the date you received the card.
STEP 4: As you begin to receive the cards back from your team members, review the “Feedback Action Chart” and think about the following questions:
- Is there one feedback action you do more of or less of?
- Are you more effective at providing feedback to some team members versus others?
- Who do you need to improve your feedback actions with?
See if you can get all four cards back from each team member within 30 days.
