Feedback Puzzle

PURPOSE: Use the Feedback Puzzle to ensure you provide the feedback your team members need to deliver high performing results.

Time: < 30 Minutes

STEP 1: Print the Feedback Cards for each team member. Cut out the cards, and give all four cards to each team member.

STEP 2: Ask your team members to pay attention to your feedback actions, and return each card once they experience you performing the feedback action on the card.

STEP 3: When you receive a card from a team member, check-off the card in the team member’s column on the Feedback Action Chart, recording the date you received the card.

STEP 4: As you begin to receive the cards back from your team members, review the “Feedback Action Chart” and think about the following questions:

  1. Is there one feedback action you do more of or less of?
  2. Are you more effective at providing feedback to some team members versus others?
  3. Who do you need to improve your feedback actions with?

See if you can get all four cards back from each team member within 30 days.
