STEP 1: In a team meeting, facilitate a discussion using the following questions:
- How do work relationships impact our individual and team performance?
- What does a great work relationship look like?
- What does a poor work relationship look like?
- What actions can we take to build our work relationships within the team?
- What can we do to repair a difficult work relationship?
- What additional relationships are critical for our success (e.g., customer, senior leaders, community)?
STEP 2: Determine the actions all team members must take in order to ensure great work relationships are built within the team, as well as with other individuals critical to the team’s success.
