Time: 15 - 30 Minutes

STEP 1:Ā Review the caring actions on the Show You CareĀ Worksheet. Circle or highlight the actions you will implement with your team members.

STEP 2: As you complete an action, record the team memberā€™s name and the date you performed the action.

STEP 3: Each week, tally the number of actions you took to show caring that week.

Note: You can keep a record of the caring actions you implement for each team member (copy the worksheet for each team member), or you can keep one record for the entire team.
