Time: 30 Minutes

STEP 1: Identify a team member who experienced a personal event in the last 60 days.     

Record the event on the Caring Profile.

Personal Event

A personal event may be a situation presenting a challenge for the team member, a personal struggle, or an extremely emotional situation for the team member.

STEP 2: Review the Caring Profile Actions. Based on your own perception, determine what level of “caring” you offered the team member for each Caring Profile Action. Place an "X" in the correct box to make down your level. 

STEP 3: Based on your responses, identify two actions you will take in the future to increase the level of caring you show your team members.
