What is the right amount of space you need in order to do your work?
(e.g., elbow room, autonomy, decision authority)
STEP 2: Employees should discuss a situation when they:
- Didn’t have enough space to do their work
- Had the right balance of freedom and autonomy
STEP 3: Based on the team discussion, identify and share the space actions employees and the manager will take in order to improve the amount of space provided to the team member.
