Describe the company’s overall compensation strategy, highlighting how the plan is structured to reward ___________ results and ___________ actions
STEP 2: Provide the opportunity for team members to outline possible scenarios to further understand the merit reward possibilities. Provide general examples of how good performance can lead to rewards.
