STEP 1: Gather your company resources regarding the various benefits available to team members. Be sure to ask your HR Representative any questions you may have to ensure you fully understand the range of benefits available to team members.
STEP 2: In a team meeting, facilitated by you and your HR Representative, discuss the company benefits and outline what is available and how the benefits impact team members and their families.
STEP 3: During the discussion, team members should do the following:
- Identify what benefits they like best
- Select the benefits they’d like to know more about
STEP 4: For the benefits team members would like to know more about, refer them to the HR representative for details about the benefits of interest.
