Time: 30 Minutes
STEP 1: Identify one issue you would like to receive improvement ideas on from your team members.
STEP 2: Touch base with each team member and ask him or her to provide 2 ideas to make a positive impact on your selected improvement area.
STEP 3: Once you receive ideas from each team member, summarize the ideas and determine if you can take action with any of the ideas.
STEP 4: In a team meeting, share the summary of ideas and outline how you will take action. Thank your team members for their contribution to the solution of the issue.
