PURPOSE:Ā Perform a Team Member Idea Evaluation to determine how well the team has made team membersā€™ ideas and opinions count over the last 6 months.

Time: 1 Hour

STEP 1: In a team meeting, pair up in groups of 3 and discuss the following:

  1. Are we making time to solicit ideas from each other?
  2. Are we taking action on the ideas we receive from co-workers and peers?
  3. Are there certain team members we tap into more than others? 


STEP 2: As an entire team, highlight the small group discussions. Outline the actions the team can take to increase the number of ideas solicited, as well as improve how ideas are implemented.
