Time: < 30 Minutes
STEP 1: After a team member presents an idea or opinion to you (e.g., “There are a few weaknesses in the product design; we may want to consider redesigning parts 3 and 5,”), the team member completes the Manager Idea Report Card.
STEP 2: The team member records the idea or opinion given to you, and grades how well the idea or opinion was received by you.
STEP 3: The team member gives you the completed report card.
STEP 4: Review the report card and ask questions for clarity.
STEP 5: Each month, review your Manager Idea Report Cards and determine if there are any trends or issues. Based on this review, identify the actions you can take in order to improve your performance.
