STEP 1: Think about the team and identify the following:

1. How does your work and the team’s work make a positive impact on your customers?
2. How does your work and the team’s work impact co-workers?
3. What impact is created for you by the team’s work?
4. What impact is created for your team by your work?

STEP 2: Spend a few minutes and share with your team how each member’s work is meaningful to customers, co-workers, and you.

STEP 3: Ask the team to share additional thoughts for how their work is meaningful to others.
