Individual Action Profile 

PURPOSE: Determine what in your life is working and what is not. Outline what you must do (day-to-day, week-to-week) to deliver high performing results in all areas of your life so you can live your most Incredible Life.

Time: < 30 Minutes

STEP 1: Use the questions below to create a clear picture of your current situation.

  1. What results have you achieved recently? (ex: successful marriage/relationship with your kids, recently finished a good book, lost __ pounds, etc.)
  2. What results were NOT achieved? (ex: I broke my diet, skipped my exercise this week, etc.)
  3. If an outsider observed you for a week, what actions would this person see? Consider your emotional reactions, decisions related to your health, efforts to maintain important and positive relationships in your life, etc.

STEP 2: Based on your current performance score, identify the actions you must take in the following areas to deliver high performing results:

 STEP 3: Review your Action Profile periodically to identify your consistency with the actions needed to deliver high performing results. Make adjustments as needed.
