Time: < 30 Minutes
STEP 1: Review old letters, employee evaluations, reference letters and the like. See what an impact you’ve made on other’s lives.
STEP 2: Write down some of the phrases that are especially meaningful, as well as look for patterns of what you continuously do well.
STEP 3: Reflect to see if you are currently doing those things that you excel at… if not, why not?
STEP 4: Look for ways to incorporate these skills and behaviors into your current role at work, at home, or as a hobby. If you are unable to do so at this time, set a goal to start working towards it in the next two months.
