STEP 1: Think about the last 2 weeks. Who have you been spending time with, and how much time have you spent with them?
STEP 2: Evaluate the quality of the time you spent with them and give it a grade: A, B, C, D or F.
- A = You were at peace and relaxed, and the time spent with this person helped you deal with your personal situation.
- C = This person or time spent with this person provided a neutral impact on how you feel about your current situation.
- F = You left the discussion freaked out, stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed.
STEP 3: The A and B people are those you want to make a priority. Pick 1 person that earned an A or B and determine ways you can spend more time with them in the coming week.
