STEP 1: Ask your friend, family member, or teammate to identify their top 3 “love-to-do” work actions, using the Love-To- Work Worksheet. This work should be the projects, social events, tasks, challenges, etc., that create energy and excitement within their day or week.
STEP 2: Take the time to think about each “love-to-do” work action listed and identify current projects, initiatives, and/or responsibilities within the your family, community, or company/organization that would tap into the “love-to-do” work action.
STEP 3: Determine what steps you can take and/or who you need to talk to in order to increase the “love-to-do” work in your friend, family member or teammate’s job and in their personal life.
STEP 4: Have them revisit the Love-to-Do Work plan to evaluate how well they have been able to apply their “love-to-do” work actions to various aspects of their personal and professional life.
