Time: < 30 Minutes
STEP 1: Outline 5 things you love to do and/or topics that you find particularly interesting. Maybe you love to cook and learn new recipes or maybe you are interested in running a marathon. Or maybe, you’ve always wanted to try surfing! No matter what it is, write it down if it makes you happy!
STEP 2: Sit down and connect with your significant other or family on the list you created. After sharing all 5 things, figure out what you would like to do together and pencil in a time this week to make it happen!
STEP 3: Schedule it NOW and get excited about the event by counting down the days. Encourage your loved one and/or kids to create their own lists! Figure out a time so that everyone in your family is able to experience one of their desires. You’ll be amazed at how many amazing moments you’ll create and never forget!
