See a Comedian   

PURPOSE: Go see a comedian for good belly laughs and tears of joy. Laughter allows you to release stress and approach common situations with humor…allow yourself to not take things too seriously for a night and carry that message with you long after the show ends.

Time: 1 - 2 Hours

STEP 1: Look for comedians in your area. Read their websites or reviews to make sure that they will not offend you or those going with you. (Two hilarious but clean comedians are Tim Hawkins and Brian Regan). If you can’t find a comedian in your area, look at Netflix or another streaming site to watch some stand up!

STEP 2: Bring along some friends that could use a good laugh…Can’t we all? If you aren’t going someone in-person, then invite your friends over to watch a stand up show. Tell each person to bring something to share and make the experience into an entire evening!

STEP 3: Enjoy your comedy and the newfound inside jokes with those who attended or watched with you.

STEP 4: Look for the next opportunity to do it again. Consider attending an open-mic night in your area to seek out new comedians or to practice your own jokes!
