Time: 30 Minutes
STEP 1: Look for funny jokes, videos, Facebook posts, or funny memes and find ways to share them with others. This may be via text, email, over the phone, at the dinner table or over a glass of wine.
STEP 2: Think of funny experiences you have had (either with or without the person you are wanting to make laugh) and share the story with lots of smiles in a dramatic way so they can get the full effect. If the story is involving you two together, it’s a great way to enjoy a stroll down memory lane.
STEP 3: Set a goal for yourself to make at least three people laugh each day. This will motivate you to always be on the lookout for funny things you can share with your friends and loved ones. Never underestimate the effect of hearty laughter.
