PURPOSE: Take yourself to the edge of your comfort zone. Challenge yourself and gain more confidence in your abilities to do the things you want to accomplish in your Incredible LIFE.

Time: 30 Minutes - 1 Hour

STEP 1Choose an activity that you enjoy doing (or would be exciting to try). You don’t have to select an activity that is overwhelming to you. You can push yourself to enhance the activity over time.

STEP 2: Set a goal. What can you do to improve this activity in your life? Meditate on what achieving this goal will do for your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing and let that guide you.

STEP 3: What sacrifice or step scares you? Write it down. Confronting your fears is the first step in conquering them. Have this important conversation with yourself throughout your journey; revisit this fear over time and observe how far you’ve come in overcoming it.

STEP 4: You’ll never know until you try. The next time you’re doing this activity, plan to challenge yourself to go to past the edge of your current skill set and try going to the next level. Hold yourself accountable to your goal.

STEP 5: Let your actions lead you. You may or may not surprise yourself. Regardless, the key is that you are progressing forward and each time you try you get closer to your goal. Soon enough you will succeed and that “new edge” becomes your new norm. THAT is a great feeling. Keep up the good work.
