STEP 1: Look at your current workout. Where can you make adjustments to get you excited about it again? Need to buy a session with a personal trainer? Google some new exercises or try something completely different? Have a friend come with you? Move outside rather than inside? Whatever changes need to be made, make those adjustments so you can start fresh and be invigorated once again.
STEP 2: As you make your routine changes, note how you feel afterwards. Are you excited about your progress? Are you sore in different places? Did you do something that you’d like to incorporate into a regular routine?
STEP 3: Consider changing up your schedule on a regular basis, in order to decrease boredom and monotony. If you have co-workers, friends or family that are interested in fitness, they are usually happy to share exercise ideas, or take you to do something new and different with them.
