- If an outsider observed you for a week, what actions would this person see?
STEP 2: Based on your current performance, identify the actions you must take in the following areas to deliver high performing results:
Start: What actions do you need to start doing? (e.g., Provide weekly project status updates)
Stop: What actions do you need to stop doing? (e.g., Arriving for and starting meetings late)
Continue: What actions do you need to continue doing? (e.g., Recognizing your co-workers’ good work)
STEP 3: Review your “Action Profile” periodically to identify your consistency with the actions needed to deliver high-performing results. Determine if any actions need to be adjusted.
