PURPOSE: Create an “Action Profile” that outlines what you must do (day-to-day, week-to-week) to deliver “high performing results”. It will become your roadmap to success.

Time: < 30 Minutes

STEP 1: Using the questions below, create a clear picture of your current performance.

  1. What results have you achieved?
  2. What results were NOT delivered?
  3. If an outsider observed you for a week, what actions would this person see?

STEP 2: Based on your current performance, identify the actions you must take in the following areas to deliver high performing results:

Start: What actions do you need to start doing? (e.g., Provide weekly project status updates)
