PURPOSE: Create a clear picture of what is required for success now and in the near future, both in your personal and professional life.

Time: 30 Minutes

STEP 1: Print the Deliverable Map Template.

STEP 2: DUsing the questions on the Deliverable Map Guide, complete the Deliverable Map Template by recording the answers to each question listed on the guide.

  • As you complete the template you will create a clear picture of what you must achieve in the next 6 to 12 months, as well as what must be achieved in the next 24 months.

STEP 3: After completing the Deliverable Map Template, based on your areas of focus, meet with your significant other, accountability partner, or manager to:

  1. Review what you will accomplish in the next 6 to 12 months
  2. Review what you will accomplish in the next 24 months
  3. Identify how your situation or role might change over time to support new opportunities, business capabilities, and/or customer expectations
  4. Outline the level of performance required to support your personal or organization direction.
