Time: < 30 Minutes
STEP 1: Determine what time is best to stop and say a prayer each day. It may be the same time each day, or a different time, depending on your schedule.
STEP 2: Set reminders on your phone to say a prayer of need or gratitude during those timeslots.
STEP 3: When your reminder pops up, take a moment to pray or be thankful. Turn off anything that can distract you and tell your kids/co-workers that you need a moment.
STEP 4: Consider including things that are often taken for granted – waking up this morning, having someone to love and be loved in return, healthy organs and limbs, a job to pay your bills, freedom to attend church, a roof over your head, etc. Many times we focus more on what we WANT than on being thankful for what we already have.
