Time: 30 Minutes - 1 Hour
STEP 1: Develop an acrostic to determine who you are and why you exist.
Ex. If your name is Sally:
- Spends time helping others
- Amazing cook
- Loves to hug on her kids
- Loves making cookies for those who are less fortunate
- Young at heart
STEP 2: Ask someone who knows and loves you to do the same. Do you come up with very different mental picture than they do? If so, why?
STEP 3: Reflect upon if you like what bubbled up for you. If it does not show an accurate picture of who you are while living your purpose and passions, determine the first change is that needs to be made, schedule it and put it into practice THIS WEEK.
