Time: < 30 Minutes
STEP 1: Schedule some time to meet with some/all of the members of your tribe to discuss your individual strengths. This could be meeting for coffee, going for a walk to a park, or even a phone call.
STEP 2: Discuss and identify the following:
- The family’s and individual family members’ personal strengths
- For each strength, identify how the strength impacts the family’s well-being as a whole
- Based on current struggles and/or goals, determine how each member can leverage his or her strengths to help support and celebrate each member and the tribe as a whole
STEP 3: Thank each of the members personally for their positive contribution to the tribe.
