Time: < 30 Minutes
STEP 1: Determine where you would like to go to get outside and increase your heart rate.
STEP 2: Find a visually stimulating trail and challenge yourself to hike one that is more difficult or unknown (and therefore more adventurous) to you.
STEP 3: Enjoy taking in nature, the view, and the deep breaths to your clear mind. Take notice of what you hear and what you don’t hear. Allow your mind to wander; thinking about your Journey and what adjustments you’d like to make to help your life be even more Incredible.
STEP 4: Take time to be thankful for your ability to do what you’re doing, see what you are seeing, hear what you are hearing or not hearing, and feel what you are feeling.
STEP 5: Determine the NEXT date and time that you’ll get out and do this again.
