Time: < 1 Hour
STEP 1: Ask yourself what you would like to do this weekend to expand your horizons/get you outside of your comfort zone. Make a list of things you’d like to try. Here are a few ideas:
- Rent a bicycle/boat
- Go on a Blind Date
- Ride a horse/ATV
- Plan a scavenger hunt
- Try a yoga class
- Volunteer for a cause you believe in
- Take a cooking class
- Rent a paddle board & visit a lake
STEP 2: Who do you want to be part of this adventure? Include your friends or family and expose them to something new. It’s always more fun to share an experience with a friend. Call them to discuss the event. Let your excitement fuel them.
STEP 3: Plan it. Decide on a date, where you’ll go, and make a list of anything to prepare before the event. Post your decision on social media so you can get positive feedback (and possibly a few takers who want to go with you!)
STEP 4: Execute the plan and make it happen. By doing so, you are growing in many ways and developing yourself as you live your Incredible LIFE!
STEP 5: Afterwards, ask yourself, “What did I learn?” “How did I/we grow as individuals and friends?” “Was it better or worse than I thought it would be?”
