Time: 30 Minutes - 1 Hour 

STEP 1: During a team meeting, discuss the definition of “competitive advantage.” Capture the definition on a flip chart or dry erase board. 

STEP 2: Identify and capture some of the competitive advantages of the organization.

STEP 3: Mark the competitive advantages the team feels they contribute to.

STEP 4: Discuss what the team does to support those core strategies and builds the organization’s competitive advantage. 

STEP 5: Identify actions the team can perform to increase the organization’s competitive advantage.
