STEP 1: Schedule a team celebration event for your team.

STEP 2: Before the event, ask your team members to think about their individual work relationships and identify how they have positively impacted their work-world, as well as their ability to achieve individual results.

STEP 3: During the team celebration, ask each team member to share their personal work relationship stories.

In addition, spend time as a group talking about the following:

  1. How do our work relationships positively impact our work-world?
  2. How do our work relationships make a positive impact on our individual and team results?
  3. What do we need to do more of in order to continue building strong work relationships?
