STEP 1:Â Using the Remote Manager Actions Worksheet - evaluate how well you perform the 7 key actions to keep every individual connected and engaged while in a remote/hybrid work situation.Â
STEP 2: UAs you evaluate yourself - be honest about how you think your team members would rate you (Poor, Fair, Good, Great). This assessment is useless if you aren’t honest!Â
STEP 3: Review the actions and select one that you want to put more time, energy, and focus into.Â
NOTE: You don’t have to do all these actions at a “Great” level - but you do need to do them at a “Good” or “Great” level in order to engage and retain your remote/hybrid team members.Â
