STEP 1: Make a list of things you want to do while you are on this earth. Big, little, far or near – it’s up to you! Make your list an impactful one, with some that get you out of your comfort zone.
STEP 2: Once you make your list, start setting completion dates for your activities. Prioritize what comes first based on importance, feasibility, affordability, and what you can achieve in the short- and long-term.
STEP 3: After determining the first bucket list item, set the date and start the planning process. Maybe you want to start small and move on to something bigger in time, or perhaps you are in the perfect place in your life to really benefit from a big goal that you always felt was out of reach—you’ll never know what you’re capable of if you never try.
STEP 4: Invite friends to join, participate, or support you during these activities. Your courage and enthusiasm will most likely rub off and may inspire them to take charge of their lives also. You might be surprised when your grandmother says she would like to go skydiving with you.
