Time: < 30 Minutes
STEP 1: Once a week, write down 7 things you can do (one each day of the week) for those who are important to you.
- Hold hands during the movie
- Kiss each other good night
- Hug your kids before you get in the car and tell them you love them
- Write a love note to your spouse/significant other
- Buy flowers for someone to brighten their day (not for an apology)
- Write down one thing a day that you appreciate about your child, spouse, etc. and give it to them a month, quarter or year later
STEP 2: Determine which day that you are going to complete each “connection”.
STEP 3: To keep it front of mind, write down on a sticky note what you are going to do the following day and place it where you know you’ll see it.
STEP 4: Make your “connection” and share with others how much they mean to you and how you appreciate enjoying the moments within this Journey with them.
STEP 5: Remember the thought - “Always Kiss Me Goodnight”
